Beast Leather! The Most Amazing Bags!!!

Good Evening All,

So tonight I am so excited to tell you about the Product shoot I did this weekend. 47 of the most amazing leather Bags I have ever seen and the best quality!

I was referred to my new client through Facebook last week. Side note: Thank you Lucille, Toya, And Gary for that. And My mom cause I know she tried too ;)

I was lucky enough to get her attention and She watsapped me straight away. As most of you know who run your own companies, it always feels like winning the lotto when someone contacts you from a Facebook post. Anyway, we started chatting and she told me she would like detailed photos of the leather bags she designs and manufactures.

With this being my first product shoot, I won't lie I was a little nervous. So I came up with the idea of doing a test shoot on one of the products first. That way if she was not happy she wouldn't waste her time or money and could find someone who might give her what she wanted. So Thursday at 3pm She dropped off a bag at the studio so I could play around. \

The idea was to do it on a white backdrop and take different angles of the bag. However, I personally find the white a little boring and overdone by most of the big companies out there. So I did what she asked of me but then in true Inks Style, I did what I wanted to do too. at 7 pm I had taken the photos, edited them and sent them to the client.

I must be honest the most stressful time for me is usually is just before a shoot. I have a million things going through my head like, I hope everything is in focus, that I don't over or underexpose, Bla Bla Bla. This time I wasn't too worried cause it was me and a bag. Nothing too stressful about that But the MOST stressful time is when I have done everything and I hand the photos over to the client... Then I wait.... and wait... and wait... Till I almost always get "OMG I LOVE IT"

So I sent her what she wanted and what I thought would look best and Lucky for me My Idea worked and she loved what I did.

So Roll on Friday night when 46 Bags are delivered to the studio ... Now 46 doesn't sound like a lot but when you taking at least 5-8 different angels of an item, trust me it's stressful! BUT I had a goal to finish and be done by Sunday and after 18 hours and over 1000 photos I was able to finish up at 8 pm Saturday night... Job Successfully done.

After giving everything back on Sunday and Finally meeting With Marthie face to face, I was confident enough that my job was done on time and with great success. On Monday afternoon, I touched base with Her and with great relief, she and Hubby both approved of the photos and we are not scheduled to do another shoot soon. Here is too what I know will be a beautiful Business friendship and an amazing journey.
